Admin reply: Dear Gene,

Admin reply: Dear Concerned Citizen,

Once again we would like ti thank you for visiting our official website.

As reported by our Engineering Office two (2) program of works were already forwarded reg. this matter, first is the re-construction of service entrance post that was hit by CNG dumptruck (therefore the obligation falls on CNG's part)and the second is for the re-wiring of the said lighting facility.

We will provide you an update from time to time. Rest assured that Mayor Nilo Leyble under his 9 point agenda, NILO CARES, together with the City Council will continue to work for the betterment of our City.

Thank you and God Bless.

Please repair the road Sta. Felicitas st. from Don Vicente Ave. to the dead end. Ondoy's wrath damaged heavily the macadam road in September 2009. The City Engrs Office responded quickly by doing major repair jobs like backfilling and compacting. But due to absence of drainage from the dead end to the downslope portion of the road, everytime it rains, the runoff creates its own path over the road and creates gulleys which are now very deep. The ordinary vehicles and tricycles have now a hard time passing this road thereby causing too much inconvenience for the residents especially the school children who are the hope of tommorow. Please dear Mayor, asphalt this road. Maraming salamat po.

Admin reply: Dear Noel,

Thank you for visiting our website, rest assured that your concern will be forwarded to the proper department for action.

Have a nice day.

Good day po,

Admin reply: Dear Sir/Madam,

Hi! This regards to my previous complain regarding "Bamboo grill" which is located beside former "Mia Mall". As previously agreed, they could operate until 10 pm, but sad to say, the agreement may have been on paper only. Could you please check their operation? Also, it has been observed that they do rehearsals late in the afternoon. I just could not verify if its every afternoon, since I have work.
I hope it is not too much to ask a time for us to rest, especially my children. If you could just imagine the headache this is giving us. Our work and our child's studies is being compromised. I believed I had given my best to understand their business but it should be both ways. We also deserved to be respected.

Please take note that as per RA 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act), it is stated that "
(b) "Child abuse" refers to the maltreatment, whether habitual or not, of the child which includes any of the following:

(1) Psychological and physical abuse, neglect, cruelty, sexual abuse and emotional maltreatment;

(2) Any act by deeds or words which debases, degrades or demeans the intrinsic worth and dignity of a child as a human being;

(3) Unreasonable deprivation of his basic needs for survival, such as food and shelter; or

(4) Failure to immediately give medical treatment to an injured child resulting in serious impairment of his growth and development or in his permanent incapacity or death."

Sorry if I have took the whole clause, I hope they could understand. Proper rest and sleep is needed for proper child's growth. I could also take a clause from the Building Code, though I believe the Engineering and Planning Department may have already discussed it with the owner. I'm just not sure if the owner understood it.

Thank you.

Admin reply: Dear Ms. Magnolia,

We have received a letter from our Business Permits and Licensing Office Head (BPLO), Mr. Salvador Maniquiz requesting your presence and the owner of Bamboo Grill for a conference meeting to finally settle/rectify the problem/concern of both parties any day from Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Thank you and have a good day.
