to the city engr, sir, paki check naman po dito sa jacinto, mambugan kasi ung nag papatayo po ng builiding dito walang building permit, yabang pa nung kapatid nung may ari na lagay lang daw sa city engr, dati na po nyo itong sinilip at pinatigil pero di po nila sinunod nag pa 3dr floor pa sila, paki check po kasi nakakainis na ipinag mamalaki pa nila na kahit wala permit kaya daw mag lagay... thank you po sana po aksiyonan nyo po ito kasi kasiraan po ito sa city engineer office baka isipin ng mga taga rito na totoo po! god bless po and more power...... please do something about the traffic caused by the undergoing bridge construction near hamaka park. miski may mga traffic enforcers parang walang nangyayari. ang gulo tignan. passing through gen. luna and p.oliveros is very time consuming especially during school departure time. yung mga estudyante pa nakakalat sa daan. yung mga banketa pa ang kalat kaya lalong sumisikip sa kalsada. our city needs order and discipline. i hope this would be one of your top priorities. and also, it would be better if they speed up the bridge construction. 8 hours is not enough. i suggest hiring more workers and applying 2 shifts. mapapabilis na ang trabaho, nakakapagpabigay pa ng hanapbuhay sa mga tao. we believe in you, mayor Nilo. Admin reply: Dear Sir/Maam, Unti-unti po ay ipinapatupad ang mga ordinansang siyang makakapagsaayos ng ating siyudad. Sa katunayan po ay nagsimula na ang isang "clearing operation" batay sa ordinansa bilang 2007-270 at 2003-140. Mga ordinansa na maglalagay sa kaayusan at kalinisan ng mga pampublikong parke, kalsada, tulay at pati na rin ang mga lugar para sa mga vendors.

I would like to comment on the allegations of Mr kyle francisco regarding the city engineer. I have been processing building permits for almost fifteen years and until now I didn't experience the same faith that you had. Honestly, sometimes I have papers that are being corrected by Engr Marigondon and his staff, they are just implementing the right building code. But I was never experienced with the staff to have the "under the table" just to get approval for my papers. I hope you can see the better side of the city engineer, he is merely doing his job. I hope next time that you process your papers you will understand what the office is trying to implement. Good day and God bless...

i would like to comment on the attack being thrown by KYLE FRANCISCO against the City Engineer of Antipolo.maybe this KYLE FRANCISCO does not know personally the good City Engineer. i am an engineer also and a contractor. i had already made 2 residential projects in Antipolo City and i had a good experience in securing building permits and certificate of occupancy. i found the office, as a whole, very efficient and reasonable. this is the best office of the building official i had experience with, compared with any metro manila cities and nearby municipalities. i did not experience what this KYLE FRANCISCO is claiming. i would like to advise KYLE FRANCISCO to see and talk with Engr. JULIAN MARIGONDON and directly apply to him the permit he/she is seeking for. do not believe on what he/she had heard only from others which i believe are purely lies. i repeat KYLE FRANCISCO, you do no know personally Mr. Marigondon. Try to see and talk to him personally and you will discover that everthing you had heard about him is the opposite of what you are telling!! Please be fair!

Mayor NILO LEYBLE>>>>>i hope na kilala nyo itong tao na ito ENGR JULIAN MARIGONDON walang na approve na permits this day in the very reasons humihingi ng LAGAY or in short may red tape na ng yayari po sa city engineering office nyo,kung ano ano ang ni rereason sa mga applicante even though ok na lahat sa ibang unit nya pag dating lang sa kanya napaka unreasonable ang findings nya .....takot ang mga staff nya sa kanya imagine ok na lahat ang papers na dumaan sa department nya pag dating sa kanya dmay kulang kuno how come?mayor?pls paki aksyunan po kasi po if ever happens na di sya mag approved even though malinis lahat angf papel bukas din or sa saturday ipapapa silip or papa interview po kami sa XXX for expose na katiwaliaan diyan sa antipolo enginneer office......mr JULIAN MARIGONDON you better fold your tail or else see you on TV
